Offstage, now on your phone

The whole workspace a booking agency runs on, your shows, contracts, invoices, documents, and agency-wide analytics, now works fully on your phone. Here is what that unlocks for bookers on the move, and where Offstage goes next.

by Sohejl Shahshahani

A lot of booking work happens away from your desk: at a venue, at a festival, on the road. Until now, Offstage was one of the few things you could not really take with you. With this release, you can run your whole agency from your phone.

Why this matters for a booking agency

Offstage brings your whole workspace together: your calendar, contracts and invoices, documents, artists and contacts, and your analytics. Until now, most of that was really only comfortable to use on a computer. This release brings it to your phone, so the work that used to wait until you were back at a desk can happen wherever you are.

Your whole agency, now in your pocket

This is the complete Offstage, rebuilt for touch. Open the app in your phone's browser and you have the same agency you run from your laptop:

  • Your calendar of shows, travel, and general events, each shown in its own local (floating) time so a 20:00 door time reads 20:00 wherever you are.
  • Any show, opened to read or edit its details, its venue, its financials, and its people.
  • Contracts and invoices, viewed and edited in place with Offstage Docs, Offstage's native document editor, and sent to your counterparty by email with the PDF attached, with credit notes and split payment schedules when a deal needs them.
  • Your documents, in Offstage's built-in editor, shared for review in a tap.
  • Updates and tasks: post a latest update, @mention a teammate to hand work off, and work through your to-dos with their deadlines.
  • Your address book of artists, venues, organizers, and people, all linked to your events.
  • The full analytics suite, with every number still explorable down to the individual show.

Documents that live where the show does

Offstage Docs is a complete document editor built right in, a little like having Google Docs inside your agency workspace. You write contracts, invoices, itineraries, or any other document, and you can start from a reusable template whenever you want one. Every document lives on the event it belongs to, so nothing is scattered across laptops or lost in a shared drive. From your phone you can pull up a contract, share it with the organizer for review by email invite or a shareable link, and let them comment or suggest changes. When it is ready, the PDF is generated inside Offstage with your own headers and footers and saved back onto the show.

The full analytics suite, in your hand

Your analytics come with you, in full. Drill down per artist, booker, organizer, venue, and region, rank by revenue and profit, set a custom period and compare it against the last one, and spot new venues or artists and the revenue they brought. Then tap into a venue's performance, scroll the month-over-month revenue from the shows you booked there, and tap any bar to break that month down into the shows behind it. A figure is never a dead end, it is a way in, and it is the same picture you would see on your laptop, in your hand at the venue.

Built for the phone in your hand

Every screen was rebuilt for touch. The navigation collapses into a bottom tab bar you can reach with your thumb, dialogs and pickers open as full-width sheets, long tables scroll cleanly instead of spilling off the edge, every button is a comfortable tap target, and scrolling stays smooth from top to bottom. It feels like an app made for the phone, because it was.

One workspace, live on every screen

There is no separate mobile version to keep in sync. It is the same live data, the same permissions, and the same documents as the desktop, so what you change on your phone is instantly on your laptop and a teammate's edit shows up on your screen. There is nothing to install: open Offstage in your phone's browser at itsoffstage.com, sign in, and everything is there. Your data is hosted in the EU, and Offstage is GDPR-compliant.

What's coming next

Mobile is the groundwork for the part we are most excited about. In the coming weeks, Offstage's AI starts doing the heavy lifting: an AI agent that reads incoming offers from your connected inbox and drafts the show, its contract, and its invoice in seconds; a chat-first way to create and edit events, contracts, and documents in plain language; and scheduled automations you set up just by asking, like a show announcement two weeks out or an invoice reminder a week after the show. Having the whole workspace in your pocket is exactly what makes an agent like that useful the moment an offer lands, wherever you happen to be. That is on the way. Today, the mobile experience is here and ready.

Run your agency from anywhere

If your agency already uses Offstage, open it on your phone right now, sign in, and everything is already there. If you run a booking agency and want a single workspace for your shows, contracts, invoices, documents, and analytics, one that travels with you, Offstage is in private beta. We import your existing data from Stagent, Gigwell, SystemOne, Prism, or other platforms and handle the migration for you, so you never start from an empty workspace.
